16. How to raise my rating?
1. Question: Which profiles participate in the ratings?
Answer: Profiles with GOOD QUALITY main photo (photo 1) approved by the moderator.
2. Question: Which photos can’t participate in the ratings?
Answer:
– low quality photos (the moderator decides)
– photos depicting the face too small (mostly a person on the background of huge landscape)
– photos “without face” (cut, painted etc.)
– offensive photos
– photos not meeting the Terms & Conditions of Photo Publishing
3. Question: In which rating will my profile participate – Top 100, Top 100 Erotica etc.?
Answer: It depends on your main photo (photo 1). Which rating exactly – the moderator decides.
If you want to participate in another rating change your main photo (photo 1) with a one more appropriate for the rating you want.
4. Question: My photo has been rejected from participating in the ratings. What can i do?
Answer: Change your main photo (photo 1) with a more appropriate one.
5. Question: Where can i see My rating?
Answer: Member’s menu (on the left) >

In addition you can view each rating by different countries (see menu at the bottom of the page of each rating).
6. Question: How are the ratings being calculated?
Answer:
Quantity and sum of the votes (Member’s vote) +
Quantity of the views of your profile +
Quantity of the views of your photos +
Quantity of the views of your Sexual profile +
Quantity of the members who added you to their Favorites
7. Question: How often are the ratings updated?
Answer: The ratings are updated regularly.
8. Question: Does my rating nullify when i change my main photo?
Answer: No. When you change your main photo (photo 1) your rating will become “frozen” (but will not nullify)
till your new main photo and your profile will be viewed again by the moderator and approved for the ratings.
Your rating (numbers) is kept without any changes.
9. Question: I live in the small city – majority of those who view my profile are from my own city, and there is few of them. Will my rating be less than of those who live in a big cities?
Answer: Absolutely not. While calculating the ratings we use the compensating system which equalizes any member regardless where is he from.
10. Question: How to enable Member’s vote?
Answer:
“Member’s vote” feature is enabled only in the profiles with a unique address, e.g. verygaydating.com/profile/Name
To assign a unique address for your profile please click here.
You can rate other members and vote for them by choosing the option “rate members” in the Search.
Note: one profile can be rated only once.
11. Question: For how long the results of the “Member’s vote” are kept?
Answer: For one month.
12. Question: Does “Member’s vote” affect the rating results?
Answer: Yes. More details in the question 6.
13. Question: Where can i cancel my participation in the ratings and disable “Member’s vote”?
Answer: Member’s menu (on the left) >

Click “To cancel your participation…” (at the bottom of the page)
14. Question: Can i disable “Member’s vote” and my participation in the ratings separately?
Answer: No, it’s impossible.
15. Question: I have canceled my participation in the ratings, but then i have changed my mind. How to enable it again?
Answer: Please write to the Support.
